1 ¼ cup frozen strawberries
2 ripe bananas
1 cup milk, cream soy milk, almond milk or coconut milk
2 tablespoons dried coconut, unsweetened
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (you can omit this if you want but I like the extra protein in the morning)
2 tablespoons oats (feel free to omit this if you are living a low-carb or Paleo lifestyle)
1 tablespoon sweetener (I prefer stevia but honey works just as well)
By freezing the yogurt in an ice cube tray over night, you are not diluting the the drink. This is a great trick to keep your drink cold and thick.
Combine the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
This serves 2 or 1 very hungry person.
