1 cup coconut milk, soy milk, almond milk, cream or plain milk
1-2 scoops of high quality, cold-pressed chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
2-4 tablespoons peanut butter or any nut butter you like (depends on how much you want, I like a LOT in mine)
1 tablespoon sweetener (I use stevia but this is not necessary)
1 banana (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
By freezing the yogurt in an ice cube tray over night, you are not diluting the the drink. This is a great trick to keep your drink cold and thick.
Combine the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
This serves 2 or 1 very hungry person.
