2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (you can use store bough as well as concentrate)
2 cup heavy cream, plain Greek yogurt, vanilla ice cream or full fat coconut milk
4 tablespoons sugar, honey or stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons orange zest
Place all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend on high until it has whipped and expanded in size.
Place in mold and freeze 4-6 hours until they are thoroughly frozen.
