Melt In Your Mouth BBQ Ribs

Nothing beats a lovely rack of ribs! I can’t stand it when you go to a restaurant and they serve dried out ribs that are as tough as shoe leather. You won’t have this problem with my ribs!My famous ribs

1 rack of pork ribs
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 cups of BBQ sauce or just used apple cider vinegar with spices (1 16 ounce can of sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard,
2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 1 tablespoon your favorite hot sauce, 2 tablespoons cumin, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika,  1 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper)

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Peel off the tough membrane that covers the bony side of the ribs, it looks silvery. This step will help you separate your ribs when they have fully cooked.
Mix together the spices and pat the spice rub into both sides of the ribs.The Perfect Ribs
Cook the ribs covered in the oven for 3 hours.
Remove the cover and pour the bbq sauce over the ribs and return it to the oven for another 3 hours.
Serve with bbq sauce on the side.
