Creamy Fruit Soup

Creamy Fruit SoupI love how simple the recipe is! When there is a cookout and I have no time or desire to stand over a hot stove or by a hot oven, this is my go to recipe.

16 ounce can of fruit cocktail (in light syrup), drained
16 ounce can of pineapple chunks, drained
14 ounce can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of cardamom powder (feel free to leave this out)
14 ounces of milk

Combine the first five ingredients together in a large bowl.

Use the milk to clean out the condensed milk can and to loosen the remaining condensed milk out and pour into the bowl.

Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate.

Serve cold.
