This is such a easy recipe for avocado dressing that I use on my Avocado Quinoa Salad or just on any salad. It has amazing flavor that is both creamy and tangy. I love chopping up a variety of vegetables (avocados, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and black olives) and coating them in the dressing. So delicious and simple.
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon oregano
Combine all of the vinaigrette ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
This can be stored in an airtight container for up to five days in the refrigerator.
